In this role you will execute a range of workstreams in delivering Scrum processes, ensuring that Scrum and related practices are understood and enacted across teams and are supported across the group. In taking this opportunity you will be involved in the biggest programmes in Business, where you will be supported by a brilliant team, who share a common goal.

What you'll be doing

  • Runs the Scrum/Agile iterative development processes to lead ontime delivery of product backlog user stories.
  • Organises daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings as a key part of the Agile team.
  • Leads the Scrum process across digital and project teams ensuring that goals, scope, and product domains are understood by everyone on the team.
  • Safeguards project resources and direct corrective measures to ensure project success.

What we'd like to see on your CV

  • Experience working across a wide range of internal and external technologies to align plans and deliver business outcomes
  • Previous role as Scrum Master delivering crossfunctional change using Agile
  • Context specific Agile techniques (XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, TDD, Automated testing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of scaled agile delivery frameworks (Safe / Lean)
  • Excellent facilitator with the ability to communicate and adapt style based on situation / context
