Job IntroductionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to come and join our growing team at our Preston Brook office This is a Full-Time, permanent position where you will be working Monday to Friday working 3-4 days a week in the office as part of a hybrid working model and we are offering a basic salary of £25,000.
Main Responsibilities- Processing the end to end payroll for employees across the Group
- Processing endtoend payroll for the UK, including managing payroll changes, changing tax codes, ordering childcare vouchers and enter deductions, preparing payment files for submission and ensuring that all payroll deadlines are met.
- Act as first point of contact for all payrollrelated queries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist Finance with Reconciliations of payroll accounts
- Compiling monthly pension reports.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate payroll and employee data to ensure that it meets audit requirements.
- Monitor relevant Payroll Regulations
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits. Set up deductions on the payroll system and reconcile invoices.
- Monitor Payroll department mailbox.
- Industry experience within a payroll team
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong eye for detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness for occasional (and reimbursable) travel to other offices
