Registered Manager - Tipton


Our Client is looking for a Registered Manager to Manage a brand-new Purpose-built care facility, to meet the needs of around 20 service users with complex Nursing needs and rehabilitation requirements.

we are looking for a manager that has experience managinga Nursing home, handling CQC inspections and dealing with local authorities, whilst creating a friendly home from home feel for service users and staff alike.


Salary - negotiable and will be discussed at interview

The Role - Registered Manager

  • Overseeing every aspect of the nursing home supporting the Staff, Residents and the families
- maintaining medication records and Developing care plans
- monitoring and putting in place standards for service user care within the home

  • Providing clinical leadership and teaching members of staff good practice
  • Maintaining staff rotas and smooth running of the home
  • Carrying out internal audits and reviews

The Successful Registered Manager will have/be:

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC pin (desirable)
  • Will have strong leadership skills
  • Previous experience as Registered Manager of a Nursing Home
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Has an honest and caring nature
  • Clear DBS
