Welfare Rights Caseworker
The Royal Borough of Greenwich as an employer offers a generous benefits package.

We are a specialist welfare rights service, providing information and advice about the full range of welfare benefits and tax credits to staff, advisers and residents.

Support for staff includes a full training programme, analysis of the impact of benefit changes and advice for council colleagues and front-line advisers.

Services for residents are mainly delivered through a telephone advice line, but also include information and publicity, talks, work with partners on specific projects, and outreach services.
