We have an exciting and forward-thinking role available within our Core Specialist Mental Health Team

Rise South Warwickshire Team is a multi-disciplinary team within the specialist Child and Adolescent mental health service in Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. The Team provides support, interventions and therapy to children, young people, and their families. It is a multi -disciplinary team and your role will be to manage and lead this team in a fast moving and busy environment. In line with this there will also be opportunity to support trainees within the team to develop their confidence and skill set.

You will be a professional registered with a regulator , e.g.; HCPC/Social Work England/Nursing and Midwifery Council and will provide leadership to the team. There will be a small clinical element to your role and this can be thought about in light of the expertise and skill set you bring. You will need to be energetic, organised, dynamic, have great communication skills as well as manage the flow of young people through the service.
