AFC Leyton is a specialist
Women and Girls Football Club. We were London FA club of the year for 2021, and we pride ourselves on providing high quality dedicated female football services.

Our clubs coaching team is 50% male and 50% female.

AFC Leyton Women's First Team:

We are looking for a coach to join our current coaching team of two to work with our talented and high achieving First Team and to help them climb the women's football pyramid.

Training Sessions:

Working with our other two coaches, our sessions require high intensity activities comprising strong technical skills, small sided games and during the league season more in-depth training covering phase of play, formations and strategies.

Commitment to both midweek training sessions and Sunday league games is needed.

YOUR QUALITIES, you will:

Hold a UEFA B licence (or currently working toward)

- be an excellent communicator and team player, within the AFC Leyton First Team coaching group
- have strong coaching skills, and able to run high intensity sessions
- be reliable and trustworthy ensuring every session and game you are involved in is appropriately run
- be a car driver to ensure you can reach all the away games across Greater London.

In return WE WILL provide:

All training equipment provided (from balls, bibs and cones, to rebounders, hoops, agility poles, parachutes, mini goals, ladders, hurdles etc)
