My client, a successful Residential Management firm specialising in Build-to-Rent are currently seeking a Leasing Associate on an initial 6-month FTC to join their Build-to-Rent development SE London.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing enquiries
  • Conducting viewings
  • Dealing with offers
  • Converting viewings to offers
  • Liaising with the customer hub team

Key Skills:

  • Experience in property (does not have to be B2R) were you have conducted viewings and negotiated offers.

Salary:
£30-£35K Per Annum & £500 monthly bonus if targets met
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday every 3/4 weeks
