One of the strongest law firms in the world for their Real Estate Finance practice is currently looking to onboard a REF Associate with 2 post-qualified years of experience to join their London office.

This firm is famous for providing legal advice and support for their international real estate finance matters across various asset classes, including hotels and student accommodation.

They bring together funders, sponsors, developers, and investors to delivermutually satisfactory finance arrangements. They have expertise in non-traditional funding institutions, inward investment strategies, and complex financing structures.

Their work includes advising on loan originations, workouts, acquisitions, equity investments, mezzanine structures, and pan-European and cross-border real estate financings.

Requirements:

Qualified in England & Wales, or major Common Law jurisdiction
2 years of postqualified experience in Real Estate Finance
