We are working with a National Law Firm which are recognised by Legal 500 to be a leader in many of the services they provide such as corporate.

They are recruiting for an Associate to join their corporate sector in London.

The Role:

The key responsibilities of the role will include advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures.
The varied corporate work will allow you to become a more commercially astute Solicitor, helping you gain a very valuable skill set as a Corporate Lawyer.
Must be qualified in England or Wales with 15 PQE.
The role will suit someone who has excellent people skills and who is looking to become the master of their career within a wellestablished firm.
Must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
