Due to the dynamic growth and success, we have an excellent opportunity for a Tutor / Assessor to join our established team to deliver Personal Trainer qualifications, online and in person across the North West.

It is essential you hold a L3 Personal Training qualification, and are willing to travel for courses. The applicant MUST be based in the North West and willing to travel for courses.


Ideally, you'll be based in the North West of England as the majority of the direct delivery courses take place in Liverpool, Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.

The salary for this role is £24k and is dependent on previous qualifications and experience.


THE ROLE:

  • Support a caseload of online learners undertaking the L3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training
  • Deliver a number of face to face Personal Trainer Courses each year
  • Support, mentor and coach learners through their chosen qualification
  • Deliver on courses to the correct SOW and Lesson Plans
  • Evaluate SOW and course delivery to improve standards
  • Meet Ofsted standards in course delivery and planning
  • Complete management of student progress in relation to Online study, marking and mapping of all evidence completed by students
  • Develop and evaluate key processes to improve the quality of marking and assessment processes
  • Attend and complete highquality assessments on assessment days or in course delivery
  • Delivery of CPD courses and best practise guides for Fitasylum tutors and staff
  • Manage and deliver online delivery packages for Diploma in PT and Other CPD courses
  • Complete all administration tasks and tutor activities on time and reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Deliver Live workshops weekly to Online students

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Teaching Qualification, EAT, PGCE Cert ED
  • L3 Personal Trainer Qualification
  • Full UK/EU driving license
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication skills
