This role can be based out of one of our London, Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Barcelona or Dusseldorf Head Offices

THE GIG


To raise the accountability of our retail teams, you will develop and manage a VM training suite, supporting VMC's, SM's and RM's in their journey from on-boarding to brand presentation experts.

You will work closely with the Global Brand Presentation Manager to support cascading global tools, achieving consistency across all consumer touch points.


You will be responsible for making tools and workshops, both digital and in-person, that align with and enhance existing retail training solutions.

This will be actioned through a 40/60 split of office/field work.

Collaboration with the Product team will also be key to present VM + product training together, providing retail teams with the skills and knowledge to create best in class displays.

To succeed in this role, you will be a confident trainer and thrive off seeing others develop.

You will be passionate about retail and have an in-depth understanding of our customers and the consumer journey in our stores.

You should have an eye for VM and good attention to detail, but you don't have to be a VMC if you have a strong track record in coaching and upskilling teams.

Importantly, you will be keen to travel regularly across EMEA and develop your experience across different markets.


THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • You will review and refresh the VM training suite, and begin to build a library of digital presentations, Myagi content, video lessons, and instore workshops to provide comprehensive brand presentation training for our retail teams
  • You will create coaching tools for Regional and Store Managers, empowering them to train and upskill their VMC's
  • You will host quarterly digital induction sessions, open to all new starters in EMEA, providing all retail teams with foundational knowledge of VM
  • Partnering with Product + Merch teams, you will create and host a biannual 'Seasonal Kick-Off' workshop (e.g. Power Up For Peak) to excite and motivate teams for the season ahead
  • Working closely with the Global Brand Presentation Manager you will support the roll out of seasonal brand presentation guidance, capturing updates to VM principles, new Evergreen props/POS and latest consumer profile information
  • Alongside the Global team, you will setup the quarterly 'Model Store' in London, providing Global guidance for DM's by leading in EMEA
  • To manage our talent pool of VMC's and tackle any skill/role gaps, you will compile a VMC database for EMEA, reviewing each quarter to ensure training has been undertaken
  • To support our wholesale teams, you will adapt our training tools for key accounts and sales managers
  • You will support the Retail Brand Marketing Manager in the creation on the 'VM Top Talent' role, providing training and guidance for highly skilled VMC's ready to take the next step
  • As well as 60% of your time spent within the field supporting enhance our retail environments using current guidelines, you will support campaign installs in lighthouse stores, enabling you to have a regular handson connection with the global retail marketing.
