About You:


  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has worked in a talent attraction or recruitment role with a business that has grown significantly. You will have experience of endtoend attraction and recruitment, preferably in a Professional Services environment.
  • Significant demonstrable resourcing experience, recruiting for all levels of an organisation, from early careers to director level, preferably within a Professional Services or Financial Services organisation
  • Experience working in a busy, fast paced high growth environment
  • Demonstrable experience of partnering with business leaders to come up with the best solutions for their recruitment campaigns
  • Experience of developing a company brand and taking it to market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels and obtaining consensus on achieving our goals
  • Excellent organisation skills used to instil confidence with stakeholders and minimise time to hire
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and a track record of being able to optimise their value
    Responsibilities & Criteria:
  • Reporting to the Head of People & Culture you will be a key part of the People & Culture team, as we continue to realise our growth ambitions with significant investment in people.
You will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following:


Talent Attraction & Sourcing:


  • Develop a direct and indirect recruitment strategy for all upcoming roles
  • Identify ways to improve the current recruitment process and take the lead of gaining buyin to your ideas and implementing them

Future

Planning:


  • Work closely with Department Heads and People and Culture Business Partners (P&C BPs) to determine short and long term recruitment needs
  • Develop appropriate and engaging job descriptions for all roles
  • Work with P&C BPs to develop talent pipelines, eg graduate and apprentice programmes
  • Work alongside P&C BPs to create a PSL for agency use and build relationships with key parties

Employer Brand:


  • Develop and promote the company's employer brand
  • Incorporate the employer brand with the already developed company culture

End-to-end Recruitment:


  • Advertising live vacancies on the appropriate platforms
  • Assist Line Managers with building interview packs
  • Provide hiring managers with guidance on job offers in line with market benchmarking, and make offers once the appropriate approvals have been given.

Circumstances

Location:

BelfastContract: 12 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of a permanent roleWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with additional hours as and when required.
