JOB TITLE:
Legal Assistant / Fee Earner
HOURS:
Full Time. 2 days in the office a week
Location:
South Manchester
Salary:
Start £25K-£30K

YOUR NEW COMPANY:
A small but reputable Personal Injury specialist firm are looking to hire a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to help manage a caseload up to trail.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Assisting Fee Earners with the day to day running of varied files.
- You will be helping manage the whole process up to trial.
- Including but not limited to, Calling clients, witness statements, drafting witness statements, collect and review evidence, review medical reports, prepare trial bundles, drafting schedule of loss, anything up to trial.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Personal Injury Litigation
- Litigation experience
- Experience working in a law firm assisting with running of files
- This firm does not do a lot of RTA work. They focus on Serious Injury, Catastrophic injury etc. RTA experience is not required.
