Role Description:


  • Acting as the client services representative for a number of the Bank's clearing clients
  • Responding to exceptions raised by clients and liaising with multiple operational functions globally to resolve issues
  • Responsible for the administration of client profiles on the Bank's online tools
  • Communicate and educate clients in relation to regulatory and industry changes
  • Continuous improvement of the operational environment and client support model, with an STP focus
  • Provide support to junior team members and act as a point of escalation
  • Partnering closely with Technology, Operations and Front Office to drive change
  • Lead ongoing reviews of processes and client operational offerings

Core Skills:


  • Have the ability to take ownership of tasks and processes
  • Work in a fastpaced environment and have the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure
  • Listed derivative market, specifically futures & options and cleared OTC product knowledge, as well as being well versed in trade execution and clearing
  • Experience working in a global environment with outsourced partners
  • Industry rules and regulations knowledge as well as industry wide business practices (e.g. MIFID, Mandatory Exchange Clearing, EMIR & CASS rules) is beneficial
