Description
Provide Structural Design Expertise

Provide input to structural and layout studies

Define structural design requirements for technical scopes

Development of deliverables and documentation required for use in offshore work packs and in the supply chain

Support the development of and/or develop requisitions for the procurement of structural related material and equipment

Undertake design checking of structural deliverables

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to the Lead Structural Engineer and the project delivery team

Provide structural design technical expertise to the project

Adhere to procedures to assure technical integrity of structural designs

Provide support for inter discipline considerations through attendance at required design reviews and undertaking inter discipline checking

Maintain own knowledge and understanding to meet competence requirements of Senior structural Designer

Provide feedback on lessons learnt to aide in continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS
Utilise software tools in design development and checking (eg PDMS, Navisworks, S3D, Hexagon)
