Salary - G16: £77,594 - £84,163 per annum

It raises the profile of Walsall and enhance the contribution that the Council makes through its leadership and resources through better understanding of needs and priorities.

The Business Insights team within the Hub is at the forefront of making that change happen. You will have a pivotal role in helping develop the culture and changes needed for success. This critical post offers a skilled and motivated person an exciting opportunity to help drive the ambition for change.

The Head of Business Insights leads and supports a performance and business intelligence team that focusses on supporting delivery all services across the Council with the right insights to drive change.

The role requires a skilled and motivated leader, with an excellent track record of delivery, who can develop unique ideas and build strong relationships within the Council and with partners.

You will be confident in building new service operating models in times of change.

You will have an important engagement role across the Council and partners, facilitating collaborative approaches that work well for the benefits of our residents.

We expect that you will already have an accomplished track record in a national or local public service where resident's ability to live their best lives are at the heart of what we do.

You will have an inspiring career in developing innovative business insights approaches that inform important thinking and decision making about what we do.
