We're looking for an analytical and forward thinking marketer to join Oak Engage. You will be responsible for driving acquisition and working towards key OKRs. The Performance Marketing Lead's responsibility will cover SEO, PPC, and the data management and data optimisation of these areas. You will primarily be responsible for implementation, planning, strategising and reporting across these areas. You will be responsible for guiding strategy and providing insights driven by the data that you oversee.


As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be in charge of monitoring and optimising marketing performance providing guidance and actionable insights where necessary.

Your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and delivering a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Managing budgets and advertising campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimisation for key OKRs via paid, organic & owned media channels
General Duties

  • Develop key initiatives with the Demand Generation MGR develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
  • Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)
  • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
  • Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
  • Manage Google Analytics/Google Search Console/Ahrefs and more to track and measure all marketing campaigns
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets

Requirements:


  • 2 years experience in SEO/PPC/data management.
  • Keen understanding of how to manage, interpret, present/report on and leverage data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multichannel digital campaign management experience.
  • Driving marketing success from customer insights.
  • Able to distil complex analyses into easytoconsume business insights.
  • Proactive and eager to learn attitude, with the capacity for initiative.
  • Resultsdriven with the energy and resilience to make things happen.
  • Experience using Ahrefs/Moz or equivalent.
  • Experience using Google Ads/Linkedin Campaign Manager.
  • Experience using Google Search Console.
  • Track record of demonstrating positive change through data interpretation.
  • Adaptive and future focused, looking for new ways to improve our performance marketing.
