Fire Risk Assessors - London, United Kingdom - Capital Fire Safety Ltd

Description

Experienced fire risk assessors required for work in the London area undertaking fire risk assessments for the common areas of flats, HMO's and predominantly shared house's.

Assessors will need to be familiar with the relevant guidance documents, particularly the LACORs guidance.

Assessors will need to provide a brief CV, details of relevant training undertaken to demonstrate competency and sample reports in the first instance, with an interview to follow.

Applicants will be DBS checked.

Assessors will be required to book and attend jobs independently and return reports within 7 days of the site visit.

Payment will be a flat rate per job, with assessor responsible for all travel costs.
