Main missions:

Handle requests and provide customer service, guidance, and support
Assisting in the handling of customer complaints
Assist customers with pre and post departure queries
Acknowledge, log and investigate complaints
Provide Adhoc support
Handle Resort reports
Create Excel Reports and PPT presentation

Qualifications Education:

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Customer Relations, Sales or related field
Final Year Internship

Required Skills:

Be diplomatic to answer customers' solicitations
Be a wellorganized, enthusiastic and confident individual, able to use their initiative and willing to get involved in every activity asked.
Attention to detail is essential, as the ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Patient and persistent
Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fastpaced environment
Managing a project with responsibility
Active participation in the activities of a business unit
Pack Office (master on Excel, Outlook and PPT)
