Legal Assistant - Education Law - Kingston

This is an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a reputable London law firm at their Kingston office and provide assistant to an a team of educational lawyers.

The role will involve providing paralegal casework support to a team of education lawyers whorun a varied caseload of matters including special educational needs and disability, Equality Act, admissions, exclusions, complaints and judicial review.

Casework support will involve co-working cases with your supervisor including drafting, analysis and research for which full training will be given.

Ideally you will have a law degree and previous legal assistant experience and be working towards the LPC (not essential).

The firm understands the importance of building an internal network and at each stage of your career a bespoke training programme will be provided to support you with your development and progression.
