Commercial Assistant

Engagement:
Permanent


Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Assistant to join a subcontractor who specialises in earthworks and remediation.

The company is a highly successful subcontractor with an impressive workbook who are looking for a competent Commercial Assistant to join the commercial team and develop within the role


Key responsibilities for this Commercial Assistant role:

  • Reporting into the Commercial Process and Cost Manager
  • To provide processing support to multiple functions within the Contracting team assisting management with commercial reporting
  • Providing internal procurement support to Quantity Surveyors (QS), working closely with Finance Team to resolve queries

Experience required for this Commercial Assistant role:

  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary
  • Knowledge of COINS and knowledge of the Construction Industry are desirable but not essential
