Barker Munro Recruitment are pleased to be working with this growing business who are making waves in a specialist area of the General Insurance market and who are now looking to recruit a Systems Consultant to help take the brand forward.


Are you an inquisitive and ambitious analyst that is keen to use your systems experience and analytical skills to be instrumental in growing direct to consumer insurance business? This role will give you autonomy to lead change and improve the customer experienceand commercial KPI's, making data driven decisions.


The business has undergone a significant 18 month change programme to in-source the customer experience and are now looking for a Systems Analyst to take responsibility for two key areas - Policy Administration System (PAS) performance and maintenance andbusiness analysis & reporting.


The role of Systems Analyst will come with a clear definition on responsibilities, deliverables and KPI's, but also a reasonable amount of ownership to work with the leadership team to improve the current customer experience, but also be involved in thefuture development of the business.

The system management/maintenance is a crucial part of the role, but there is a desire for someone who is the right individual to utilise the system to help improve the customer experience and improve operational and commercialKPI's.


This role would suit either a Systems or Business Analyst that has some command of coding capability for report building, but the business is a low/no code operation so a little SQL proficiency would be helpful, but not critical.

To be considered you willneed to have had exposure to insurance systems or event-based CRM systems, be confident in producing and maintaining reports and comfortable in a small fast-paced environment.


Based in a fantastic location there is Hybrid working but ideally a greater individual presence would be required in the office at the immediate start with a view to scaling back that presence and having more home working as you settle into the role.

Withthis in mind, you should be able to commute to the South Coast area.
