ADMINISTRATOR
A super new vacancy for an efficient and capable Administrator has just landed. Based in Frimley this is a busy, varied administrative role offering long term development and progression in the future.
Note that following a successful probation period this role offers hybrid working and flexible start/finish times.
Salary £23-25K depending on experience + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Administrator include,
- Administration (services tasks paperwork, reports, expenses, request for parts and stock, manage services database)
- Creating services invoices
- Creating services quotes and converting orders
- Updating and sending contracts renewal letters
- Coordinate contracts communications
- Providing sales administration support
- Previous office based administrative experience
- Good MS office skills
- Confident verbal/written communications skills essential
- Be super organised and efficient
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
