About your role
The Ticketing Function are looking for a Directorate Support Officer to support the functioning of the Ticketing department.

This role provides a good foundation of skills in financial tracking, procurement, planning and diary management, recruitment, meeting support and internal and external stakeholder engagement.


Previous incumbents have used these foundations to further develop their skills and careers in project management and delivery management across TfGM.

Ideally you will have with experience in a similar administrative role in a busy and diverse office environment. You will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

You will be a confident and effective communicator with experience of working with sensitive and confidential material, in an impartial and professional manner.

But most of all you will be a self-starter with organisation and project management skills, looking to further your career with TfGM.
