Role Overview


We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our passionate and driven team based at our Office Based.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Representing the business by being the first point of contact with our customers.
  • Jobbyjob communication and tracking of the engineering workforce and subcontractors to ensure CAFM systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure that completion details are on all work orders; including of materials, details of works carried out and accurate engineer time records.
  • Receive updates about work orders, ensuring all systems are updated in realtime with accurate information.

About You:


  • A strong team player with and ability to work in a highpressure environment.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills; being able to listen attentively to customers' requirements and pass the same information across to engineers is imperative to the success of job completions.
  • Exhibit a high level of emotional maturity and calmness to handle the stress associated with the position.
  • Should be willing to work flexible schedules including working on weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet the demands of clients.
  • Must be educated to GCSE level to be able to accurately deal with the work involved in the position.
