We are currently looking for a highly motivated
SERVICE ADVISOR to join a successful team at a main dealer in Helston - representing one of the UK's bestselling, quality brands.

The company takes pride in maintaining excellent customer service standards, working hard to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their experience.

This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills alongside an ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment; always portraying the highest levels of professionalism, demonstrating the business and brand's core values.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure bookings and appointments are convenient for the customer and department, in line with the workshop capacity.
Confirm all customer requirements are identified and an accurate, fully inclusive costing is supplied.
Constantly maximize the available workshop hours to ensure available hours to ensure constant 100% utilization of workshop capacity.
Continually make sure that accurate job cards, invoices, estimates and related information are produced.
Ensure all telephones, face to face and written enquiries are responded to promptly, courteously and dealt with in an efficient manner.
Confirm all customers are greeted professionally at reception and are offered courtesy services as appropriate and confirming all details before work is carried out.
Continually confirm that customers are kept informed of completion deadlines and that they are extended if required.
Certify that customers are kept informed of progress of their vehicle and of any additional work that is likely to occur, obtaining authority to proceed.
Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable
