Senior Manager - RPO Delivery
£70,000 + bonus
Central London (3 days/wk) & WFH (2 days/wk)
A varied and pivotal role, working on a very large/high profile RPO. You will take responsibility for a range of key elements within the service delivery to the end-client.
[Please note that extensive RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience is essential for this position].
Our client is engaged on a long term / high volume RPO contract. It is a complex customer, with a wide range of requirements. As such, we're seeking a seasoned RPO professional - and you'll head up large sections of the service delivery. (For example, suppliermanagement, managing sub-contractors and optimising their use of technology). This is a detail-focussed role, although you will also be comfortable to engage regularly with senior client stakeholders.

If you are an experienced manager or director within RPO, then this could be an unusually varied and refreshing new challenge.
