About the Role:
It's an exciting time to join our small passionate and ambitious team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and organised Operations Co-ordinator for our growing business. We are recruiting this role to interface with customers particularly on their after market requirements.
The aftersales and spare parts co-ordinator will professionally demonstrate the Kinshofer values being professional and helpful in all interactions with customers, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for customers in regards to spare parts and technical support.
- Coordinating key stakeholders and processes to ensure customer requirement are achieved swiftly.
- Being a reliable, knowledgeable and friendly go to person for customers, dealers and distributors.
- Being a proactive member of the team, supporting and providing operational cover when required.
- Processing and expediting customer orders whilst providing regular updates to customers.
About You:
- You will be an enthusiastic and calm individual who can listen to the customer, offering innovative and suitable solutions to their issues.
- You will ideally have experience in an operations environment with a technical interest.
- You will be keen to work flexibly with varied work as part of a busy team.
- You will be confident in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising workload.
- You will a cando approach and be highly organised, always searching for continuous improvements and customer experience enhancements.
- Ideally you will have some technical experience or be able to demonstrate a technical interest and acumen.
