Duties:

Planning and organisation of Her Game Her Story symposium at Bath Spa University including room bookings, expert liaison, admin as necessary.
Assisting in curating content for online platform, liaising with Indian researchers
Coordinate with project associate at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India as required
Writing and compiling paperwork for project outcomes
Research contributors and experts to be consulted, interview and arrange filming of interviews where necessary
Sourcing guests for symposium
Managing social media channels for research project adhering to protocols
Coordinating with Post Award Admin Team and Post Award and International Grants Manager, Research Support Office, as required.

Skills Required:

Interest in the development of Womens' Sports
Creative and good collaborative skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Self motivation, initiative and independent thought/working
Problem solving skills including a flexible and pragmatic approach

Additional Information:

Contract: 38 days.

Grade 6 - £ £18.67 per hour

Work pattern: - 4 days/ week as required.
