My client are a social media, marketing, and licensing group focused on making social simple and taking creative content to the next level.

They own huge media brands, license amazing content to the world's biggest media companies and grow communities for someof the UK's best-known consumer organisations.

They are a creative, media and social agency, specialises in community management, social strategy, and media amplification.

Who have grown and managed some of the UK's biggest media brands and their team is jam-packed with the expertise to do that for otherbrands too.

Their commercial team is there to connect that great work with brands, agencies, and organisations of all sizes.

My client are looking for a social media guru to work across our internal and external clients Facebook channels and assist their growth.

Managing a small team, you'll spend your days leading the content team to source the best content on the web each day, spotting viral trends and delivering our daily content to a global audience.

You will manage external and internal clients to assure the service they receive is nothing less than excellent.

This role will involve:

Working closely with internal and external social editors, social media managers and content managers to curate and clear content inline with the business' own channels and it's affiliates.
Managing a small team of content researchers
Creating and executing both long and shortterm growth strategies.
Using analytics not just for reporting but also to inform content choices and formats
Overseeing content quality and assuring the team meets delivery deadlines.
Constant work on excellence and efficiency in our services.
Build strong relationships with key customers, influence their content strategy, and encourage change where necessary to strive for growth.
Occasionally support the team on content sourcing

What We Look For In Skills:

Effectively team management skills with exemplar people skills to maximise output whilst maintaining quality at a high standard
Strive in a fastpaced environment
A working knowledge of Facebook's content guidelines and understanding viral/trending content.
Adaptability to change in required content and quickly tailor/tweak processes to fit around those changes.
Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in data tracking and creating detailed reporting utilising the tracked data
