Senior IFA Administrator/Administration Manager

Leeds

We are representing a well-established and expanding Wealth Management practice in Leeds, who are exceeding in their revenue growth and have a requirement for a Senior IFA to join them, with a view of progressing to Administration Manager.

Our client hasbuilt a solid team of specialists which include financial advisers, chartered advisers, paraplanners and experienced administration staff.

Their goal is to provide their clients with a bespoke, friendly service which meets their financial goals and allowsthem to have control of their finances now and in the future.

The job entails all aspects of financial services administration, together with building upon the role and taking on Management responsibilities as they continue to expand.

You will join a well-established team.

In return, you will receive a competitive salarybetween £30k - £35k, together with benefits including Pension, Discretionary Bonus, Death in Service, etc.

Day to day responsibilities:

Administration and maintenance of company records
Developing the use of the backoffice system
Overseeing and managing the administration team.
Assisting advisers in preparation of new business packs for meetings.
Fee and commission reconciliation.
Developing good communication with individual clients to provide personal service and cultivate potential additional business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
Proven experience of building strong client relationships
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook, Internet and Back Office Systems
Great IT skills and willingness to embrace technology
Ability to mentor and manage staff members
The most important attribute is the ability to put your clients at the centre of everything you do
