Handle Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a leading Fashion brand in recruiting an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Joining this expanding finance function the role will be fully responsible for the AR function and will look across the Retail, Wholesaleand E-Commerce areas of the business.

Performing daily reconciliations and working closely with the financial accountant the role will be responsible for the below tasks:

Main Responsibilities:

- _Manage all Accounts Receivable and Credit control tasks._
- _Prepare Accounts Receivable reports including Aged Debtors report._
- _Deal with customer queries quickly and accurately, liaising with all related departments._
- _Manage payment allocations and reconciliation processes._
- _Assist Commercial team with the opening of new customer accounts as required, in line with company policy and customer credit checks._
- _VAT Returns support_
- _Bank posting and reconciliation._
- _Business partnering across multiple departments._
- _Support Senior Financial analyst._
- _and commercial team with Wholesale sales reporting and analysis_
- _Working with Merchandising team on Seasonal Pricing analysis_
- _Assist with the month end tasks (Prepayments/accrual posting)_

Skills and Experience needed:

- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to conduct in a professional manner and to communicate effectively with all stakeholders._
- _Results driven with a proactive problem-solving approach._
- _Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment._
- _Excellent organisational and time management skills._
- _Ability to work accurately and efficiently with exceptional attention to details._
- _Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices and procedures._
- _Self-motivated, confident, reliable, and flexible team player._
- _Experienced with Microsoft Office and Excel._

You will be a person interested in fashion Ideally you will have strong AR accountancy experience in a preferably fast paced environment.

You will be eager and willing to learn and be looking to begin or continue studying an accountancy qualification.
