Key elements of the role:


  • Understand the portfolio of events and their respective audiences to plan and deliver the telemarketing schedule and target number of calls.
  • Share insight, intelligence and customer feedback with internal colleagues to support continual improvement. Maintain customer records in the CRM system and support data cleansing.
  • Experience in outbound telesales, ideally in the social housing, nonforprofit/charity sectors or within a membership organisation.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Experience of using MS Excel and a CRM system.
  • Ability to summarise key information and adapt messages in response to customer feedback. Ability to plan workload and alter plans to suit business need.
