We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our client's team on a permanent basis, located in Brierley Hill. The Successful Business Development Executive will be part of the sales team, increasing the company'ssales and prospects.

- £25,000 - £35,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • To increase the company's sales and longterm prospects to existing and potential customers by promoting our products and services through promotional telephone calls, emarketing and mínimal facetoface selling
  • Researching the target market and finding companies to target
  • To make a high volume of connected calls per day
  • Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager
  • Progressing toward activity targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager
  • Updating the CRM and inputting information on the customer records, and periodically data cleansing
  • Ensure that the level of customer satisfaction is at a high level
  • Process customer enquiries and orders in accordance with the company's business system
  • Provide sound technical and styling advice to customers
  • Take an active role in resolving customers' queries and complaints in line with company policy
  • Take a proactive role in gathering market intelligence and reporting this information to management

The Successful Business Development Executive

  • An experienced, highly selfmotivated, sales and targetdriven individual
  • You must be experienced in making a high volume of outbound sales calls
  • Must be a team player
  • Track record of achieving KPIs and targets
  • Be able to speak to decisionmakers and ask open questions to progress a sale
  • Have fantastic rapportbuilding and listening skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector would be advantageous
