Description
Customer Service Coordinator
9-12 months duration (Maternity Cover)
Providing technical and administrative support to customers.
Resolving order discrepancies with regards to shipping and order reception.
Management of logistics e.g. Couriers
Coordination of GLP & next generation shipments
Management/Coordination of orders submitted online by customers.
Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database.
Ensure correct people/departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service centric position.
Order Management and logistics experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word / Excel
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
