Developmental progression post Opportunity from Band 7- 8a for appropriately qualified applicant.


We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic confident individual who holds Advanced Clinical Practitioner skills and who is aspiring or already achieved a Masters in Clinical practitioner to join our team.

You will work within a dynamic team of clinicians to enhance the patient experience through the delivery of excellent patient focussed care within the Virtual Ward.


The post holder will be a highly competent, visible, and experienced autonomous practitioner who uses specialist knowledge and advanced skills to support the new way of working that emphasises a more efficient and patient focused service.


The post holder will initially be based in one of Cornwall's CATUs to enable face to face review of patients on the virtual ward.

They will also take part in daily ward rounds and review and amending treatment plans as required
