Our People Team are looking to recruit a People Shared Services Administrator. The role will support our service hub which is responsible for all group administrative processes and activity. You will be responsible for managing queries, maintaining systems, and working in line with standard policies and procedures.

Every day you will
- Draft and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and contract changes for new and existing employees and contractors within our agreed SLA via MS-Office and Esignature platforms.
- Input data for new employees into our HRIS
- Itrent.
- Manage and administer the process for any assigned Maternity/Paternity/Adoption cases
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and implementation of HR processes and the HRIS.
- Manage the Shared Services Team inbox (Freshdesk), ensuring all enquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner.
- Support in creation of our people reporting and data packs
- Undertake project work to ensure the company's and People Team's objectives are delivered
- Ensure all new employees are onboarded timely and accurately on all of our People Systems
- Enboarder, Culture Amp, Your Learning.
- Enroll new employees onto relevant core Elearning modules

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have
- Previous experience within a HR or Shared Services admin role
- Experience using multiple HR systems and Platforms
- Proven experience working within a customer facing and collaborative environment
- Strong problem solving skills The ability to use your initiative to tackle problems and new challenges
