LanciaConsult Degree Apprenticeship
LanciaConsult is a Management and Technology Consultancy offering Technology Consulting Degree Apprenticeships in Bristol starting September 2024. We partner with Exeter University to teach the BSc Digital Technology Solutions Degree. Details about the specific modules can be found on the Exeter University website.

**What does the Degree Apprenticeship involve?

  • 1 day a week studying towards your degree. This will include mostly distanced learning, attending lectures, workshops, working on assignments, and a few exams. 4 days a week working on projects, supported by our team to tackle client problems. Based in the Bristol office, with opportunities to work in the London and Belfast offices and the potential to travel to clients.
**What are the key qualities and skills of a successful applicant?
We are looking for ambitious and passionate people to join LanciaConsult.

We recognise that university is not the path for everyone, so we are looking for someone who has recently left or is about to leave college or sixth form, ready to kick-start a career in consulting.

Someone who can demonstrate strong
problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, organisational and
communication skills.


This opportunity would suit someone who feels they would enjoy this and is willing to work hard and learn on the job.

Our entry requirement is
120 UCAS points (either predicted or grades achieved).

**Job Description
You will be working as part of a team on client projects.

Your role will vary but will involve working closely with Lancia and client team members to solve complex problems and help create and deliver innovative solutions.

The work that you do will be varied, and you will get different roles:

  • Helping a client to streamline internal processes.
  • Supporting the project management team on a technology implementation to keep the project on track. Developing training materials and supporting training sessions to help a client embed new technologies or processes.


Regardless of the role, you will be challenged and stretched daily, working in businesses and sectors that are new to you and with unfamiliar clients.

You will be expected to build good working relationships.

We will equip you with the skills and capabilities to tackle these opportunities head-on, providing you with a supportive and enjoyable team environment to help you make the most of every opportunity.
