minimum 12 months Solar direct sales experience required

Responsibilities:

Conduct solar consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide customized solar solutions
Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings they can achieve
Perform site visits to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations and gather necessary information for system design
Prepare and present proposals to customers, outlining system specifications, costs, and potential savings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
Stay uptodate with industry trends, incentives, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to customers

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain complex concepts to customers
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and establish trust
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the best solar solutions for customers
Proficient in using software tools for system design and proposal creation
Knowledge of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, batteries, and electrical components
Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and utility interconnection requirements
