Are you looking for the next step in your HR career? Or are you experienced but wanting to challenge yourself within a large complex organisation?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Human Resources Advisor or Band 6 Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our busy HR Advisory Team. The role is permanent, part time (4 days per week) and involves a mixture of site and homeworking.

The Band 5 Salary Range is between £27,055-£32,934 and the Band 6 Salary range is between £33,706-£40,588 depending on your experience
The role offered will be dependent on experience.

If this is the next step in your career, you will be recruited as a HR Advisor at Band 5 with a clear development plan.

If you have already worked at this level for a number of years in a large complex organisation, you will be offered a position of Band 6 Senior HR Advisor.


The HR Advisor's role is a pivotal role within the HR team and will require a flexible and positive approach.

You will be an Associate CIPD member (or higher) with relevant experience and evidence of continuous professional development.

For our new colleague joining us, flexibility, positivity and a 'can do' attitude is a must. You will need up to date and thorough knowledge of Employment Law and Human Resources best practice.
