The Role

We are looking for a B6 OT to work in admission avoidance assessment, assess and treat hospital discharges and triage assessment.

Skills & Abilities

Previous NHS experience
HCPC registered.
Experience of working in community, experience in project work, audit and service improvement; teaching skills; partnership working.
Car driver to work across North East Hampshire with business insurance
