We currently have an exciting 6m contract available within our Buying team We are currently looking for a Creative Assistant to join the team based at Grove Park.

Working alongside the Creative Lead you will be instrumental in the implementation of a Digital Asset Management System (DAM) for Topps Tiles Group.

The DAM will be a platform containing all creative assets, enabling a more effective user experience across our Group internally and with suppliers externally - it will modernise the way we work.

The role provides opportunity to learn other areas of Creative inc. trend forecasting, photography and brand creation.

Key Accountabilities

Implementation of the DAM
Uploading all digital assets from multiple business channels
Accurate data input
First line of support for DAM & image enquires
Support with Creative admin tasks
Liaising with creative agencies and photography studios
Arranging samples for photography shoots
Sourcing images from suppliers for new ranges

External:

Keepeek DAM Systems
Refinery Photography, Workhouse Marketing, Symmetry CGI
Coverings/Essentials Suppliers

Internal:

Buying
Marketing (Topps Tiles, Parkside & Tile Warehouse)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

A strong communicator who can liaise with departments across all business channels, agencies & suppliers.
A precative selfstarter who can work both independently and as part of the team.
A strong attention to detail and someone who recognises the important of accuracy.
A passion for product

Whilst this role is based at Grove Park, we do offer a Hybrid working model so you will not be required to be in the office every day.

This role is initially offerted on a 6M FTC.
