We are working with a highly successful property group based in Central Manchester who is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their growing team.

The group has an impressive portfolio of commercial and residential properties and has an opportunity for a senior management accountant.

The group backed by entreprenurial directors have impressive growth plans and see this as an opportunity to be second incommand to the finance director.

The Role
Your new role as Management Accountant will give you the range of responsibilities including:

Preparation of Management Accounts
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Cashflow
Service Charge/Utilities/ Expenses analysis
Liaising with auditors at year end
Business Partnering with key individuals
