Are you experienced within the Accountancy industry and looking to make a difference in younger people's lives? I am currently working with a client based in Derby looking for an Accountancy Apprenticeship Trainer.
The role offers flexible hybrid working and can even be considered to be part-time.
The role of Accountancy Apprenticeship Trainer, based in Derby you will be providing guidance and educational support for Apprentices through their Accounting qualifications, from Level 2 to Level 4.
This rewarding and full-on role has a diverse student range, perfect for an individual highly experienced within the Accountancy industry.
Main Responsibilities of the Accountancy Apprenticeship Trainer:
- Delivering the specific Accounting Apprenticeship Standard or commercial qualification training in the classroom or online environment, up to Level
- Maintaining current professional knowledge within the accountancy field and undertake CPD activities as required.
- Assessing and supporting learners towards the successful completion of their qualification.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely classroom sessions.
- The support, advising and motivation of learners.
- Overcoming barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
Required Skills and Personal Qualities of the new Accountancy Apprenticeship Trainer:
- Essential_
- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA, Degree etc.)
- Strong IT capability.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
- Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
- The ability to collaborate with others and contribute towards targets.
- Desirable_
- Recognised Teaching qualification, e.g. PTLLs or equivalent.
- Apprenticeship Trainer or Tutor experience.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeship qualifications.
- Knowledge of the AAT apprenticeship qualifications.
- A full drivers' licence, access to own vehicle.
