Description

Duties-

  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Updating customers with vehicle progress
  • Dealing with insurance companies from initial contact to final repairs.
  • Ordering Parts
  • Creating invoices
  • Record all items supplied to customers
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
  • Assist the Manager with the day to day running of the centre

Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Previous experience working in a similar role

Proven organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced Repair Centre

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
