Description
Duties-
- Handling customer enquiries
- Updating customers with vehicle progress
- Dealing with insurance companies from initial contact to final repairs.
- Ordering Parts
- Creating invoices
- Record all items supplied to customers
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
- Assist the Manager with the day to day running of the centre
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience working in a similar role
Proven organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced Repair Centre
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
