ASSISTANT HEAD OF YEAR
Band 4 £26,421 to £28,770 FTE (actual salary £23,308)

36.25 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (i.e. 40 weeks)

Ofsted 201- Can demonstrate skills in engaging, motivating and inspiring young people to learn;

  • Can promote selfesteem and encourage pupils to act independently;
  • Have skills in effective student facing pastoral support;
  • Have an understanding of student attendance, punctuality and behaviour data to develop strategies in response to student needs;
  • Can communicate effectively and build relationships
