Fantastic Opportunity for an Electromechanical Assembler to join a growing innovative business based in Basingstoke.

25-30k pa, 25 days holiday + option to carry over 5 days, employee benefits scheme, private health scheme and free parking.

We are looking for an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join an ambitious, innovative, high-profile R&D company and play a part in supporting the company's growth.

You'll be involved in multiple duties in aiding the business reach their Production goals with things such as wiring sub assemblies, mechanical assembly, Goods in/out and Despatch.

Full training will be provided and there's scope to progress over time.

Although this isn't a predominant Assembly position, the successful individual will be confident in juggling many duties including the Warehouse function.

As the Electromechanical Assembler you will benefit from:

25-30k pa depending on experience
25 days holiday entitlement (+ bank holidays), with 5 days holiday carryover allowed
9am 5pm (30 mins lunch)

As the Electromechanical Assembler you will be:

Wiring Sub-assemblies
Mechanical Assembly using a multitude of tools
Deal with the Goods in/out of stock
Inputting data of stock into the MRP system
Testing of the product using niche inhouse test equipment
Read technical drawings and bring the plan to life

To succeed as the Electromechanical Assembler you will need:

Experience within wiring sub assemblies
Ability to read technical drawings
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy items up to 25kg
Proven track record within a Manufacturing environment
Knowledge of tools used within Mechanical assembly
Knowledge of how Distribution works including packing, despatch and goods in/out
Ideally you'll have an understanding of ISO 9001 working practices within the Production process
