Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.


As an Ethernet Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of Ethernet products to our partners, with a focus on providing an outstanding customer's experience through the order journey.


This key role will enable you to be the interface between our suppliers and channel partners, managing communications about key milestones and progress, arranging site access for engineering activities as appropriate.


What you'll be involved in:


  • Key conduit between our suppliers and channel partners manage communication about progress and milestones
  • Mitigating risk and ensuring timelines are met within the SLAs and product scope
  • Manage your own order pipeline with volume including complex deliveries
  • Identify any critical issues and reprioritise your tasks effectively
  • Able to challenge and ask questions to provide service improvement ideas
  • Work within a great team able to help out where needed and be confident asking questions
  • Build strong relationships with contacts across suppliers and accounts

  • Be a team player with a proactive mindset, driven to achieve individual and shared goals.
  • Enthusiasm about delivering excellent customer service, taking the initiative to step outside of process where appropriate to provide quality support.
  • Be able to constructively challenge suppliers and partners to achieve the outcome needed to deliver services effectively.
  • Review, understand and confidently relay complex information through the supply chain, adapting your language or style to suit the needs of our suppliers and partners.
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage time well and remain organised
  • Team player mentality able to help others and ask for help when needed

Full time hours - Monday to Friday, shift rotation between core hours 8AM to 6PM
