Self-employed, experienced painter & decorator required to decorate 2 bedroom apartments in Waterloo Liverpool, start date 5th June.

Must have at least 3 years experience, be very reliable and be able to work to a very high standard, prep must be spot on, every hole filled and everything rubbed down smooth, you must take pride in your work and must have good attention to detail.

All painters hired by us will be trialed on the first plot they do to ensure that they can work to our high standards (which is what we expect from all of our painters).

plots will have a mist coat prior to start

This is price work at between £580 and £880 per apartment.

Prices include your own snagging

All operatives are paid the following Friday after completion of a plot

Must have a UTR number and NI number

CSCS card not essential

Must have white overalls, own tools, own transport and PPE

Monday to Friday and Saturdays if needed

Site is open from 730 to 5 pm
