This administrator position, based in Stansted, is a great opportunity within a top organisation within the aerospace industry. This role is an all encompassing fleet administrator position to join a warm and friendly team.

The client are a global organisation. They are excited to bring in a new administrator within their fleet management team.


Description

The key responsibilities of this administrator position:

  • Use of the fleet management systems to create and complete work orders, purchase orders and update information.
  • Ordering of parts and budget control
  • Liaise with third parties to retrieve purchase orders
  • Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for purchase orders and invoicing queries
  • Update and maintain safety check data

Profile

  • Have strong proficiency with microsoft office package
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to travel on site in Stansted
