Description
The key responsibilities of this administrator position:
- Use of the fleet management systems to create and complete work orders, purchase orders and update information.
- Ordering of parts and budget control
- Liaise with third parties to retrieve purchase orders
- Liaise with external suppliers and vendors for purchase orders and invoicing queries
- Update and maintain safety check data
Profile
- Have strong proficiency with microsoft office package
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to travel on site in Stansted
